Our Guarantee

Every diamond we sell is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. More information about 'Returns' is provided within Quick Reference.

All jewelry items are guaranteed to be of good quality and workmanship. Diamond jewelry (rings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, earrings, etc) may be returned, if unworn and in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.

Special-order items and/or standard items that have been customized at the buyer's request are not returnable, unless there has been an error on our part.

Returns/Refunds
If you decide to return your item within the 14 days allowed, please do the following:

• Contact eSale-etc to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  
• Unless other arrangements are made with eSale-etc, returned items must be sent at the buyer's expense by USPS Registered Mail, fully insured to: eSale-etc, P.O. Box 158, Avon, CT 06001
  
• Delivery and return shipment fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part, i.e., we shipped the wrong item.
  
• Package the item securely. Be sure to include the original packaging, diamond certificate(s), and Gemprint registration certificate(s). If not included, your refund will be reduced by the value of these certificates.
  
• Print the RMA number on the outside of the package, near the address label.
  
• Be sure to include your name, address, item and RMA number inside the package.
  
• You will be notified by email when we receive your return.
  
• Returned goods will be inspected to assure they are undamaged, and in their original condition. Diamond(s) will be checked to confirm that the returned gem(s) are those we sent initially. All our diamonds are Gemprinted for your protection and ours (www.gemprint.com).
  
• If everything checks out, refunds are issued within five business days after receipt.
